Recover your business account (admin departure)

If your sole admin has left your organization, please reach out to business-support@uber.com. We will respond with a request for specific documents to verify the identity, along with a few other information mentioned below:

  • The account name
  • The name and email address of the previous account admin
  • The name and email address of the new account admin
  • The first six digits and last four digits of the credit card number on file or the payment method on file
  • The name of two other employees linked to the account
