Your account profile must include personal and vehicle documents such as a driver’s license and a photo of your vehicle insurance card.
To upload documents with the driver app, follow these steps:
Tap your profile picture at the top left of the screen.
Select Account.
Tap Documents.
Select the document you want to update.
Tap Take a photo.
Upload the photo stored on your device or take a new photo with the app.
If some of your documents are rejected or expired, the possible reasons are:
–The image is blurry or dark.
–Documents have expired or are approaching.
–The entire document is not shown in the photo
–The wrong document has been uploaded.
