Instant Pay access issues
You may not have or lose access to Instant Pay for several reasons:
- Your account was flagged during a security review.
- Your account is inactive, or you don’t meet the eligibility requirements for Instant Pay. If your account was recently reactivated, please wait up to 24 hours for access.
- A checking account is not linked to your Uber account.
- If you’re new to delivery, you need to upload a profile photo and your driver’s license or state ID (if you’re a biker) before you can use Instant Pay.
- If you’ve recently begun renting or leasing a car through Uber, Instant Pay won’t be accessible. If you’ve stopped renting or leasing an Uber vehicle, there could be a delay of up to 2 weeks before your Instant Pay is updated. Contact us if it’s been longer than 2 weeks
