What are the documents required to be a Fleet Partner?

When you want to register as a Fleet Partner in Uber, the required documents are the following:

• INE with CURP visible.
• Circulation card.
• Insurance policy.
• Tax information - During your registration, you must complete the Tax Form with your legal name, RFC, tax regime and zip code. Only in the case of Monterrey, Colima, Manzanillo, Mérida and Valladolid, the Certificate of Fiscal Situation must be presented.
• Tag Televía - Only if you are from Mexico City.

In case you want to be a Fleet Partner who also drives, you must also upload:

• Valid driver’s license.
• Your picture.

In addition, it is very important that you register in wallet.uber.com, the details of the bank account to which we will make the deposit of the earnings of your fleet. Remember that as a Fleet Partner you will receive the earnings of your Drivers.

How to upload the documents?

To upload your personal documents (INE, license and/or photo), go to your Supplier Portal and then to the “Drivers” tab. Click on your name in the list of Drivers that appears on the same page. The documents that you must upload will be displayed there. Just press the “Upload” button for each of the documents and upload the corresponding file.

To register your vehicle and start uploading your documents:

• Enter your Supplier Portal.
• Select the “Vehicles” tab.
• Click on “Add vehicle” (black box on the right side with a car icon).
• Enter the data and required documentation, and click on “Add vehicle”.

You can also do this from your Uber Fleet app by going to “My Fleet” in your menu.

• Go to “Vehicles”.
• Choose “Add Vehicles”.
• Fill in the requested information.
• Then click on “Documents” to upload the documentation.

Recommendations for uploading documents

-Make sure the image is not blurry. It is essential that we can read the text in its entirety.

-Send an image in which the entire document appears. All 4 corners of the document must be visible.

-You must send photographs of the documents, they must not be scanned.

The documentation will be reviewed within approximately 48 hours.
