I was notified I'm ineligible for Flex Pay or Instant Pay

If you’ve been notified that you’re currently ineligible for Instant Pay or Flex Pay, this may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Your account has been active for less than two weeks since your first trip;
  • You have completed fewer than 25 trips;
  • You currently pay vehicle financing; or
  • Your account is under review for a security risk.

If you feel that none of these reasons apply to your account, please let us know here. We’ll review and make adjustments as necessary.
