WHAT IS UBER ASSIST?
Uber Assist is an option designed for riders who may need additional assistance during their trip, including elderly riders, riders traveling with guide dogs, riders with visual or hearing impairments, or riders with foldable wheelchairs
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO DO UBER ASSIST?
For you to be eligible to receive Uber Assist trips, the requirements are the following:
- Rating - 4.85 or higher
- Trips - 250 or more
- A vehicle eligible for Uber Assist
- Completion of the online course
The vehicle requirements for Uber Assist are the same for UberX.
WHAT ARE THE FARES FOR UBER ASSIST?
The fares for Uber Assist are the same as UberX.
