Understanding Earnings Statements

To check your earnings on your new Partner Portal, go to supplier.uber.com and go to the “Payments” section.

Below we will explain the information you can find:

Section 1: Current Balance

In this section you will be able to see the balance (earnings generated by you and your Driver Partners) that the fleet has accumulated from the beginning of the week until the day you are making the query.

The balance accumulated during the week will be equivalent to the earnings that will be deposited during the following week in the account you have registered, and you will be able to obtain more details of how it is calculated through the “Balance Summary” that we will present below.

Tip: We suggest that the language setting of your browser be “Spanish (Your country)”, so that you can observe the concepts and amounts with the corresponding spelling.

Section 2: Balance Summary

In this section you can consult a summary of the balance of the fleet for the period of dates you choose. Tip: To have access to clearer information, we recommend you consult date ranges that start on Monday.

The main concepts of the summary are:

  • Starting balance: Equivalent to the profits that your fleet accumulated during the previous week, and therefore, with which you start the current week.

  • Total Earnings: Equals the net earnings generated by you and your Drivers. If you click on the arrow (which is located next to the amount of earnings), you will be able to see the breakdown of earnings for travel fees, promotions, and tips granted by Users, as well as the discount corresponding to retentions of taxes.

  • Reimbursements and Expenses: This item includes charges for miscellaneous balances not related to travel, as well as payments for reimbursements of tolls, etc.

  • Payments: In this section you will be able to observe the cash charges collected by the Driver Partners and the deposits generated to your bank account for the earnings of the previous week.

  • Ending balance: It is equal to the sum of the profits generated by you and the Driver Partners, less the charges mentioned in the previous point. That is, it is the final amount that your fleet generated during the period.

Section 3: Transactions

In this section you can see each of the transactions with their respective date, concept and amount. You can apply filters according to the type of transaction concept you wish to consult.

Section 4: Download Reports

By clicking on the cloud-shaped icon found in the “Payments” tab, you will be redirected to the “Reports” tab. To generate a report, all you need to do is:

  1. Select the type of report you want to extract.
  2. Select the desired date ranges.
  3. Click on “Generate”.
  4. Once you have clicked “Generate”, your report will start running. You will be able to download it once the “Download” column changes from “In progress” to the cloud icon.

The types of reports available are:

  • Travel History: Contains the details of the trips completed by your fleet, the information of the Driver Partner, vehicle, schedules, addresses, types of service (trips or deliveries) and the status of the trips (completed, canceled, etc).

  • Driver Quality: Contains the completed trips, acceptance rate, cancellation rate and qualification of each of the Drivers.

  • Driver Activity Query: Contains completed trips, online time and travel time for each of the Drivers.

  • Payment organization: Contains the details of your account balance as a Fleet Partner, including earnings and collections.

  • Driver Payments: Contains the detail of the account balance of each of the Drivers, including earnings and charges corresponding to each one.

  • Payment transaction: Contains the details of each of the transactions of your fleet.

Section 5: Driving Partner Summaries

By clicking the “Coordinate with Drivers” button found in this section, you will be redirected to a screen where you will find a breakdown of earnings by Driver. To make your query more dynamic in this section, you will find the following options:

  • Return to the main “Payments” tab.
  • Select specific dates.
  • Filter the results by driver’s name.

Additionally, if you click on the name of any of the Driver Partners, you will be redirected to a new section specific to said Driver Partner, where you will find options to contact him (by message, phone or mail), his earnings summary and the details of each of your transactions.
