Signup for Uber Direct

WARNING: If you are a franchisee of a group already in partnership with Uber Direct, or if you already use an online ordering solution (Deliverect, Watson, etc.) that offers Uber Direct, please contact your account manager directly. If not, please follow the steps below to start delivering with Uber Direct:

How do I start delivering with Uber Direct?

If you would like to start delivering with Uber Direct, please register at this link and fill in the following information:

  1. Register here to get your Uber Direct login details by entering your company name, address, type of business, administrator’s first and last name, email address and phone number.
  2. Enter your credentials and click “Continue”.
  3. A screen will appear asking you to enter a 4-digit code sent to your e-mail address.
  4. Go to your inbox and look for the 4-digit code sent by admin@uber.com. (Be sure to check your junk mail if the e-mail does not appear in your inbox).
  5. Enter the 4-digit code from your email in the Uber Direct prompt and click “Next” to be taken to the dashboard home page.
  6. Enter your first and last name (Do not use the same information for the first and last name, e.g. Francois Francois).
  7. Read the terms of use and privacy notice, then click “I accept” to agree.
  8. Add the name of your company, the type of company and the address of your main location. Check the box to confirm that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions.
  9. To complete the account setup, add your credit card information. This is the card you will use to make the payment to Uber.

I’m having trouble filling out the “Company address” field

In case your store address is not set correctly automatically, you can always add it manually by selecting the “Insert manually” button and adding your street name, city and postal code.

Then, using the map displayed, mark the exact location of your store so delivery partners can find you faster.

I did not receive the one-time password

  • Check that the email address given during your onboarding is correct.
  • Please check your spam folder to find the email containing your one-time password.
  • If it is still not received, click on the “Resend” option, then check for the email again in your inbox or junk mail.

I am having technical problems when filling out the form

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Close your browser and open the form page in recommended browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
  2. Clear cache.
  3. Check if there are currently Uber Eats in the selected city.

I am responsible for partnerships in a multi-brand group and would like to use the Uber Direct service.
