For reservations that you’ve scheduled to pay at the rental counter, you can cancel at any time without incurring any cancellation fees.

If you have a Pay now & Save (pay in app) reservation that you need to modify or cancel and it’s more than 48 hours before your rental pickup time, you’re able to make changes in the Uber app.

To Modify Your Reservation

1. Select Manage Reservation for the rental you wish to modify
   
2. In the Reservation Time section, update your trip’s date and time to reflect your new preferences
3. In the Pickup & Dropoff section, adjust the selected locations as needed
4. Review and confirm your changes

To Cancel Your Reservation

1. Select Manage Reservation for the rental you wish to cancel
2. Choose Cancel Reservation to proceed with the cancellation
   
3. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the cancellation process

Please note that a cancellation fee may apply. Be sure to review the Terms and Conditions for additional details.

For vehicle pickup reservations, you can cancel until the pickup time. For vehicle delivery reservations, you can cancel your reservation up to 2 hours before your trip starts.

If you have a Pay now & Save (pay in app) reservation that you need to modify or cancel and it’s less than 48 hours before your rental pickup time, please chat with us for support below. It’s important to note that we may direct you to your vehicle supplier in the event that we’re unable to assist you with making the changes. If you’re canceling your reservation within 48 hours of the pick-up time, a cancellation fee may apply as per the terms and conditions of your supplier. You may also contact your vehicle supplier to make reservation modifications within 48 hours of your current rental pickup time.
