You can review your promotion or guarantee payments in the “Miscellaneous or other payments section” in your payment statement. If you opted in to a promotion (with the exception of Boost) and didn’t meet the requirements, your pay statement will explain why you weren’t eligible.
How payments work
Promotion and guarantee payments are added 1-2 weeks after the promotion or guarantee ends.
For example, if a guarantee ran from Monday, May 2 until Monday, May 9, any earned guarantee would be processed and paid in your weekly statement on Tuesday, May 17.
We can only confirm whether you’ll get a promotion after the weekly pay period has ended.
