- Documents must be recent (within one year for recurring files).
- Documents must be issued by an official authority (e.g., government, bank, or regulatory body).
- Only 3 files can be uploaded per section.
Business Registration Verification (if required)
- SS-4 (Application for Employer Identification Number)
- EIN (Employer Identification Number)
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Articles of Incorporation
Admin Identity Verification (if required)
- Certificate of Incorporation / Business Registration Certificate
- Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate
Relationship Verification (if required)
- Company ID
- Corporate Credit Card (displaying admin and company name)
- Paystub
- Authorization document on company letterhead
