At Uber, safety is a priority for Drivers and users at all times. For that reason, when assessing whether you are eligible to receive Uber Teen trips, Uber takes into account certain data from your driving history. You are eligible for Teen trips if you have: * a) No history of allegations of certain interpersonal incidents, including allegations of inappropriate comments, post-trip contact, and verbal altercations; * b) No history of failing Real-Time ID Check; * c) A minimum number of trips with Uber, defined by Uber and varying per country; * d) A minimum rating given by your Riders, varying per country.
The criteria above can change from time to time, at Uber’s discretion. You can access this Learn More page to check what the most recent criteria are at any given time.
You will permanently lose your access to Uber for Teens trips if you incur in any of the situations set out above (items a and b). If your ratings momentarily drop below the threshold set out above, you will lose access to Uber for Teens until your ratings return above the threshold.
