Device (tablet or mobile) won't turn on

If your device isn’t turning on, please try rebooting it first before requesting a new one following the steps below:

Lenovo / Asus / Motorola / TCL (Android) rebooting process

  1. To restart or reset a Lenovo device and the Android app, first press the small square button at the bottom of the screen
  2. Once all open apps are minimized, swipe the applications to the left to force close each app
  3. Hold down the small external button on the right side of the device
  4. A screen will pop up prompting you to select either POWER OFF or REBOOT
  5. Select POWER OFF to shutdown the device
  6. Wait approximately 1 minute, and then hold down the button again to restart the device

Apple (iPad) rebooting process

  1. Press and hold the SLEEP/WAKE button on the right side of the device until the slider appears
  2. Drag the slider to the right to turn your device completely off
  3. After the device turns off, press and hold the SLEEP/WAKE button again until you see the Apple logo
