What if I forget my username and/or password?

You should have received your username and password in an email from restaurants@uber.com. If you don"t see the email, you can check your spam folder. NOTE: Your password is essential for partnering with Uber -- we recommend writing it down or storing it somewhere secure!

We have two key tools to support restaurants:

Restaurant Manager: A portal accessed online to access account and payment information for your restaurant.
Restaurant Dashboard: The application on your dashboard to receive and manage Uber Eats orders.

RESTAURANT DASHBOARD USERNAME

You can locate it in Restaurant Manager:

1. Log in to Restaurant Manager
2. On the left-hand side, select the "Users" tab
3. Your Restaurant Dashboard username will be under the "Username" section

RESTAURANT DASHBOARD PASSWORD

You can update it by following these steps:

1. Log in to Restaurant Manager
2. On the left-hand side, select the "Users" tab
3. Select "Reset password"
4. Enter your new password (it must be at least 8 characters long and contain one non-digit character and a number)
5. Select "Reset" (if a red error message appears, edit the password based on the instructions)
6. Once your password is updated, a green confirmation box will appear at the top

RESTAURANT MANAGER LOGIN ISSUES

Your Restaurant Manager username should be the email that you used to sign up with Uber Eats. If you need to reset your Restaurant Manager username, you can follow the steps below:

1. Go to restaurant.uber.com
2. Enter your username and click 'Forgot Password'

NOTE: If your Restaurant Dashboard username is the same as your Restaurant Manager username, resetting your Restaurant Manager password will also reset your Restaurant Dashboard password

PRO TIP: We recommend that you add yourself and your staff as users to Restaurant Manager so you have access to important things like your Restaurant Dashboard username and self-serve password reset in case they're needed in the future.

To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to Restaurant Manager and select the "Users" tab
2. From there, you can click "+ Add user" to add your staff members' Uber associated email address (ie, their personal email address that is associated with their existing Uber rides account).
NOTE: If the staff member that you'd like to give access to does not already have an Uber account, they can create their desired login at https://get.uber.com/. Once they're done, you can add the email address they used to your Restaurant Manager users list.
3. Once they're added you're all set--staff members can log in to Restaurant Manager using their personal, Uber associated email address and password.
