Accepting a business account invitation

Before you start using your company’s business account, the company admin will need to send you an email invite.

To join a company business account:

1. Open the email from uber@uber.com and click “Get Started.”
2. Follow the prompts. If you have an Uber account, sign in using the email or phone number associated with your account (this may be your personal email). If you don’t have an Uber account, create an account. You’ll use one Uber account for personal and business trips, so be sure to enter the information you want associated with your account.
3. Once you see the page titled “Account Linked!”, you’re ready to start requesting rides on your organization’s business account.

Your organization will only see information about rides taken on the business account, never information about rides taken on your personal profile.
