How do I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel within the app up to 24 hours prior to the next scheduled payment without being charged.

To cancel a Pass, go to the Pass hub within the Uber app you purchased your Pass in and toggle the 'auto-renew' setting off. A pop-up will appear asking if you want to turn auto-renew off, click 'Turn Off' to confirm your cancellation. If you cancel your pass subscription, you will still have access to the pass benefits until the end of the current billing period.

Subscriptions provide a mix of benefits including discounts on rides and on Eats orders in the city in which you purchased your pass, subject to the specific terms in your offer. Subscription passes are monthly subscriptions. Unless otherwise stated, each pass is good for a month, is non-refundable during that month, and will renew automatically by charging your default payment method on file at the beginning of the next billing cycle.

If you cancel, you still have access to your current Pass until the end of the current billing period, but no fees will be refunded for the month. Please use help.uber.com to report any unauthorized charges within 60 days. Uber is not responsible for overdraft fees that may be incurred.
