Joining a company business account

Before you can start riding with your company's business account, the company admin will need to send you an email invite. Once you receive the invite, follow the steps below.

IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AN UBER ACCOUNT:

1. Check your email for a message from uber@uber.com prompting you to join your organization's business account
2. Open the email and click "Get Started"
3. Click "Yes, Sign In"
4. Enter the email or phone number associated with your existing Uber account (this may be your personal email if that's the email you used to sign up with Uber in the past)
5. Click "Next" and enter your existing Uber password
6. Once you see the page titled "Account Linked!", you're ready to start riding with your organization's business account

IF YOU DON'T HAVE AN UBER ACCOUNT:

1. Check your email for a message from uber@uber.com prompting you to join your organization's Uber account
2. Open the email and click "Get Started"
3. Click "No, create a new Uber account"
4. Enter the information you want associated with your account
5. Click "Create Account"

If you have any issues linking your accounts, reach out to your company's administrator.

NOTE: Your organization will only see information about rides taken on the business account--never information about rides taken on your personal profile.
