What are easy entry vehicles?

Easy entry cars are vehicles you can choose to be matched with that have a lower entry height for easier access.

What should I expect?

• Seats at a comfortable height
• Works for UberX and Comfort trips
• Wait times may be longer
• If an easy entry ride is not available when you request, a prompt will appear to inform the rider that there are no easy entry vehicles available right now, they can continue waiting or can cancel the request without a cancellation fee.

How do I turn this option on?

Option 1:

1. Go to Account
2. Tap on Settings
3. Scroll down to Ride Preferences
4. Tap on easy entry vehicle
5. Tap the toggle to turn on

Option 2:

1. Go to Account
2. Tap on Settings
3. Tap on Accessibility
4. Tap on Car entry height
5. Tap the Easy entry cars toggle to switch on
