2. Each submitted document must comply with the following criteria:
a. The document image is clear
b. All important information must be legible
c. All 4 corners of the document are visible
d. All documents are up to date and not expired
e. Your name is clearly listed and matches the name on your Uber profile
3. Once you submit the required documents, the approval process will take up to 72 hours.
4. Should your document be approved, the status will move from "Pending" to "Active".
5. If required documents are expired, missing, or rejected from your account, your account is on hold until those documents are uploaded and approved.
6. You can confirm the status of any document, and review if additional documents are needed by following these steps:
a. Tap the profile picture in the upper right corner
b. Tap "Account" and afterwards tap "Documents"
c. Tap each document(s) listed to review it and upload a photo of the new document, if required.
d. Click "Save" to complete the process and submit it for review
If your document has not been reviewed after 72 hours please let us know and we can review this further.
