Batched order help

General FAQ

What is a batched trip?

A batched trip is a generally longer delivery, with two separate orders to be delivered. The drop-offs are generally close together, and you will be compensated for both drop-offs accordingly. You will notice one payment entry in your payment statement for these trips.

Is my pay different?

For batched orders, you will be paid for the additional distance traveled, you will receive an extra drop-off fee for every different drop-off. You will receive a standard pick-up fee, and for each additional merchant you collect from, you will receive 0.45 of the pick-up fee.

I don’t have space for two orders

If you arrive at the restaurant and you are unable to collect two orders, feel free to cancel the order in your app before marking it as pick-up, to ensure another delivery person will be requested. If you have already marked the order as picked-up, please contact support through your app for further assistance.
