Fair treatment: Uber requires all users to follow the Community Guidelines, which strictly prohibits discrimination against riders based on their destination.
Consequences: Drivers repeatedly cancel trips due to a rider’s destination, they risk losing access to the Uber app.
Treating everyone respectfully helps make Uber a welcoming experience for all.
