Reservations allows riders to reserve a trip through the Uber app up to 30 days in advance.
Follow the steps below to reserve a trip:
1. Tap "Reserve" tab
2. Enter pickup location and destination
3. Set the date and time for pickup
4. Choose your trip type (i.e. UberX, UberXL, Comfort, or others)
To enable all the features of a Reservation, the request must be made at least 2 hours before the desired pickup time.
CANCELLING A RESERVATION
Uber Reserve will have fixed cancellation fees which will apply if:
- The Reserve trip is cancelled less than 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time
- Riders do not show 5 minutes after the scheduled wait time (10 minutes for Comfort, 15 minutes for Premier Reserve, and 60 minutes for Premier Reserve Airport trips)
Listed below are the cancellation fees per trip type requested on Uber Reserve:
$15: UberX, Green, and Assist
$20: Comfort and Business Comfort
$25: UberXL, Child Seat, and Uber Max
$30: Premier
Full trip fare: Premier Reserve Airport
