Total dollar exposure is the maximum potential balance of charges by your organization based on all active, upcoming, and drafted Vouchers campaigns. The total dollar exposure is tied to the maximum potential cost of the campaigns, if all users actually used their Vouchers to their maximum value.
Your new campaign will not be created. You’ll need to create a smaller campaign, cancel a campaign, or increase your total dollar exposure.

Credit limit is the maximum balance of actual charges by your organization for all active and completed Vouchers campaigns. Total dollar exposure is the maximum potential balance of charges by your organization based on all active, upcoming, and drafted Vouchers campaigns. In other words, the credit limit is reached when the value of Vouchers actually used reaches the value of the credit limit. By contrast, the total dollar exposure is tied to the maximum potential cost of the campaign, if all users actually used their Vouchers to their maximum value.
