When you upload documents to Uber, they are usually reviewed within 24 hours. Follow these tips to help speed up your application process:

• Check Expiration Dates: Ensure all documents are current and not expired. We cannot accept expired documents, which means resubmitting them will delay the process.
• Name Matching: Your name should be clearly visible on your driver’s license and proof of insurance and must match the name on your Uber account.
• Photo Clarity: Upload clear and legible images of your documents. To prevent glare, do not use a camera flash when taking pictures.
