1. Bicycle delivery
a. Be at least 18 years old
b. When signing up be sure to choose 'Bicycle' under transportation method.
c. Submit the following documents:
- Profile Picture;
- National ID or Passport (you can find the entire list of accepted IDs following the link below "Types of identification documents (IDs) accepted");
- Business Registration proof: the KBIS extract (you will find more information by clicking on the link below entitled "Types of Business Registration (KBIS) accepted");
- Photo of the insulated delivery bag with ID (you can buy an Uber Eats bag by clicking on the link below, titled “Buy an Uber Eats insulated bag”).
2. Scooter delivery
To deliver with a scooter you must comply with the following requirements:
a. Be at least 18 years old
b. Submit the following documents:
- Profile Picture;
- National ID or Passport (you can find the entire list of accepted IDs following the link below "Types of identification documents (IDs) accepted");
- Business Registration proof: the KBIS extract (you will find more information by clicking on the link below entitled "Types of Business Registration (KBIS) accepted");
- Photo of the insulated delivery bag with ID (you can buy an Uber Eats bag by clicking on the link below, titled “Buy an Uber Eats insulated bag”);
- Picture of the vehicle;
- Driving license;
- Vehicle registration document;
- Vehicle Insurance document:
- The "Licence de transport intérieur", available after having registered your company to the "registre des transports routiers".
To upload documents, use your app or sign in to partners.uber.com. When you upload an image, make sure:
- The document image is clear
- All text is legible
- All 4 corners of the document are visible
Please be aware that Uber Eats will need up to 36h to process your documents.
