Choosing which delivery requests to accept

You are free to accept or decline any delivery request that comes your way.

If you prefer not to receive delivery requests where you’re asked to “Order and Pay” and “Shop and Deliver”, you can opt out through the app.

How to opt out of “Order and Pay” and “Shop and Deliver” deliveries

1. Tap the menu icon at bottom left of the app home screen to open your Preferences.
2. Open the Driver app and select Delivery Preference
3. Update your trip preference by switching the toggle on or off

Opting out of these types of deliveries won’t impact your ability to receive other delivery requests.
