What to do when you arrive for delivery

When you get to the delivery address, the app will show any special drop-off instructions from the customer, such as intercom codes or floor numbers.

If the customer isn’t there or the address isn’t clear:

  • Use the Driver app to contact them
  • If there’s no response, leave a voicemail or send a message through the app

How to contact the customer in the app

  1. Tap Trip Details
  2. Select the Phone/Message icon next to the customer’s name
  3. Choose Phone Call or Message

If you can’t reach the customer:

  1. Follow the app’s instructions to cancel the delivery
  2. Wait for the timer to expire, then proceed with your next delivery

If you can’t complete a delivery:

Follow the in-app steps to ensure you receive compensation for your attempt.
