Report a lost or stolen card
If your Uber Pro Card is missing, quickly report it using the Uber Pro Card app to keep your account secure. Here’s how:
- Open the app and tap on the Wallet tab.
- Tap the three dots (…) for more options.
- Select Order Replacement to request a new card.
After reporting
- Your new card will be printed and shipped to you. It should arrive within 5-7 business days.
- In the meantime, real-time Uber payments will be on hold until your new card is activated.
- Weekly payments will continue: Make sure your bank details are up-to-date in your Uber account to receive direct deposits every Monday.
By following these steps, you can secure your account and ensure minimal disruption to your Uber payments.
