Update delivery mode

Uber Eats now offers you the option to deliver orders by bike or scooter. At the moment, delivering by car is not an option in your region. Support is here to help you change your account settings to the right category.

Keep in mind that if you choose to deliver by scooter, you’ll need to upload several additional documents:

• Transport license (“Licence de transport léger de marchandises”);
• Driver’s license ;
• Vehicle registration (“Carte Grise”);
• Vehicle insurance certificate (“Carte verte”);
• Photo of the vehicle.

All documents (including the registration certificate and insurance certificate) must be in your name. Your account on the new delivery type will be activated only after all your documents have been approved.

Please make sure that you have all required documents before requesting to change your delivery mode, to ensure you don’t miss out on deliveries. Your account will be put offline and you will be unable to deliver with Uber Eats until all the documents required for the new delivery type are uploaded and approved.
