To become an independent partner or fleet partner Uber Eats (driver), you must add the following documents to your account:
Comprovativo de Actividade Económica, with CAE 53200 (other postal and courier activities). If the open activity is under an individual name, it may not include Art.53, which refers to the VAT declaration exemption scheme. You will always have to declare your income together with the VAT amount and therefore in the "Enquadramento Definido pelo SF em IVA" you must choose ''normal trimestral por opção'' (normal quarterly by option) or ''normal mensal por opção'' (normal monthly by option). Extracto Bancário - It must include the same name as the beneficiary of the bank account registered in the application, also containing the NIB, IBAN and Swift/Bic code.
The criminal record must be clean, issued by the portuguese government and within the expiration date. The document must be issued using the same identity document that was submitted on your partner profile and mention one of the following mentions:
-Profissão/Atividade sem lei especial - Lei 37/2015
-Motorista Táxi/Veículos de Passageiros
Identity Document: Citizen's Card / Proof of EU Citizenship / Residence Permit in Portugal.
Certificado de Matrícula do(s) motociclo(s) (Motorcycle(s) Registration Certificate) *
Green Card / Motorcycle(s) insurance*
Insulated Delivery Bag with ID
