If you’re not receiving any trip requests:
- Visit help articles for troubleshooting: Visit the I’m not getting trip requests section for help with this problem.
- Reset your filters in the Preferences Hub: If a trip type is turned off, this will affect the number of requests you receive. To reset your filters and receive all trip types, tap the preferences icon on the main screen and then Reset.
- Reference the heatmap: Use the heatmap to find the best areas and times to drive around you.
- Restart your device: Sometimes, restarting your phone can fix connectivity issues.
