Reach out to the delivery person directly to coordinate a return to the store. To do so:
- Go to the “Order history” section of Uber Eats Orders (the clock icon in the lower-left).
- Find the list of all past orders, which will include the phone number of delivery people currently en route to your customers.
- Call the delivery person at the phone number listed.
If you are unable to reach the delivery person, you can:
- Contact the customer directly using the “Contact the customer” option on Uber Eats Orders. We recommend trying this first.
- Contact Uber support from Uber Eats Orders or through the link below. We’ll contact the customer directly and let them know to expect a delay due to the mix-up.
