I need to cancel my order

Please note that you will not be paid for orders that you choose to cancel.

To cancel an order:

1. Open Uber Eats Orders.
2. Tap the order.
3. Tap Manage order in the top right-hand corner.
4. Tap Cancel order.
5. Enter your cancellation reason.

The customer will receive a notification that their order could not be fulfilled.
