Downloading your 1099

All restaurants have been opted into electronic download of their 1099.

You can follow the steps below to opt in or out of paperless delivery:

1. Go to the Payments section of restaurant.uber.com for each of your store locations.
2. Select “Tax Information” in the menu on the left side of your screen.
3. Select the ‘Tax Settings’ tab along the top of the page.
4. Check or uncheck the box next to ‘Go Green! Download 1099 forms electronically!’
5. Please also ensure that your tax information is entered correctly and remember to click SUBMIT at the bottom of the page.
