In our efforts to help protect you, drivers, and our community, we are suspending the Share product in the United States and Canada effective 3/16. The decision was made based on guidance from our consulting epidemiologist, public health authorities, and conversations with local governments. But, currently all other types of Uber products, including UberX and deliveries on Uber Eats, are still available.
Your safety and well-being is a top priority, and we’ll continue to monitor the situation closely to do our part to help protect those who ride and drive using the app.
