Trip profiles help riders manage travel. You'll get a personal profile when you create your account but can create and join multiple business profiles within your account. Each profile has a default email and payment method that you or the account admin will manage.
When you take a trip with a profile, the trip payment will automatically be charged to that profile's default payment method. The trip receipt will be sent to the profile's default email address.
