If you’re having issues requesting a specific vehicle type (Black, Black SUV, etc.) on a Central trip, the Uber Program Administrator may have set rules around the vehicle types that coordinators can request.
Reach out to the admin if you think this is a mistake. If they didn’t set limitations around vehicle types, contact us for help.
The option to set rules around vehicle types is unavailable for Uber Health.
