Automatizar a través del proveedor de identidad (SCIM)

Para gestionar fácilmente al personal, automatiza la sincronización del personal con Uber para Empresas. Podrás añadir o eliminar personal automáticamente, en función de su integración con tu organización. Si tu organización usa Okta, OneLogin o Azure AD como proveedores de identidad (IDP), el mejor para sincronizar la plantilla del personal sería el sistema de administración de identidades entre dominios (SCIM).

El SCIM te permite automatizar la gestión del personal en tu cuenta de Uber para Empresas en lugar de añadir y eliminar miembros de la plantilla manualmente. El SCIM puede ayudar de la siguiente manera:

• Proporciona acceso a Uber para Empresas a todos los miembros nuevos de la plantilla. Una vez que se añade personal nuevo al sistema de tu organización, pueden comenzar la sesión informativa.
• Ya no tendrás que automatizar la baja de personal con la cuenta de Uber para Empresas de tu organización.
• Sincroniza un determinado grupo de miembros de la plantilla mediante el uso de filtros en tu IDP.
• Actualiza automáticamente la información del perfil del personal como el nombre y los apellidos, el correo, el ID del miembro de la plantilla y el número de teléfono.
• Habilita el aprovisionamiento en grupo. Es posible crear grupos en el portal IDP (OneLogin, Azure AD y Okta) que se reflejarán automáticamente en tu panel de Uber para Empresas.

Automate using SFTP

SFTP, or Secure File Transfer Protocol, is a network protocol that provides completely secure access, transfer, and management of data files programmatically.

Adding and removing employees and coordinators

SFTP eliminates the need to manually add and delete employees or coordinators as they join or leave your company by integrating with your current employee management systems, such as Workday, Active Directory, or your organization’s HR system.

To set up data automation:

1. Sign in to business.uber.com.
2. Select the profile icon in the top right and click Settings.
3. Go to Integrations.
4. Scroll down to Data automaton and click Set up data automation.
5. Follow instructions in the SFTP setup pop-up. Click get started to see detailed steps to send to your IT team.

Your organization can also provide an employee roster over SFTP. For more information on the SFTP process, visit our help page.

If your company uses SAP Concur, you can sync the roster without SFTP.

Automate via SAP Concur

Automating employee sync with Uber for Business through SAP Concur simplifies employee management. This integration eliminates the need for manual updates through these benefits.

• Frequent Updates: The roster syncs automatically (up to four times a day) to ensure data accuracy.
• Custom Filtering: Sync a subset of employees using configurable filters (e.g., Country, Department, Email Domain, or Custom Fields).
• Control over Invites: Employees appear as “Not Invited” initially. You can pilot the sync with a small test group before inviting the whole organization.

To set up Concur integration:

Part 1: Integrate Concur to Uber for Business dashboard

• Sign in to business.uber.com.
• Click the Profile icon (top right) and select Settings.
• Switch to the Integrations sub-tab and select Concur.
• You will be redirected to the Concur App Center. Log in with your Concur Admin credentials.
• Search for Uber for Business and click Connect.
• Review and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
• Once redirected back to the Uber for Business integration page, select the organization, log in and confirm the connection.

Please note that receipt forwarding will be automatically enabled for Decentralized organizations.

Part 2: Enable Roster Sync

• On the Integrations tab, click Edit settings for Concur.

• Toggle Roster sync to ON and click Next.

• Click Agree to accept data sharing permissions.

• Select your audience:

  • Sync All: Syncs the entire Concur roster to the Uber for Business account.
  • Filter People: Use advanced filters (up to 3 criteria) to sync a specific subset of employees based on your Concur data.

• Select Sync Method:

  • Sync Only (Recommended for testing): Employees are added to the dashboard but do not receive an email invite immediately.
  • Sync and Invite: All synced employees will immediately receive an email invitation to join the account.
