No puc pujar els documents

Documents can be rejected for many reasons, the most common is related to the quality of the photo as it does not allow us to read the information on the document. But don’t worry, here we can help you complete your document upload.

In order to upload a document, in the boxes below tap the camera icons to upload or take a picture of the document. If you’re on your phone, select TAKE PHOTO. If you’re in a desktop browser, you’ll be prompted to upload an image saved on your computer. Repeat this for each document you have to send.

Here are some tips for uploading documents:

-Make sure the image is not blurry. It is essential that we can read the text in its entirety.

-Send an image in which the entire document appears. All 4 corners of the document must be visible.

-You must send photographs of the documents, they must not be scanned.

In case it does not meet the requirements, help us to upload the document again:

1- Enter your Supplier Portal.

2- Go to the “Drivers” tab.

3- Click on the Driver’s name.

4- After opening your information, check your documentation in “Tasks and requirements”.

5- Send the pending document, clicking on “Upload”.

The documentation will be reviewed within approximately 48 hours.
