To access detailed metrics about your fleet’s performance in the Uber app, log in to your Supplier Portal and select the “Reports” tab at the top of the page.
In this tab there are different reports that can be consulted:
Trip history: Contains the details of the trips completed by your fleet, such as Driver information, vehicle, schedules, addresses, types of service (trips or deliveries) and the status of the trips (completed, cancelled, etc).
Driver Quality: Contains the completed trips, acceptance rate, cancellation rate and qualification of each of the Drivers.
Driver Activity Query: Contains completed trips, online time and travel time for each of the Drivers.
Organization of payments: Contains the details of the balance of your account as a Fleet Partner, including earnings and collections.
Driver Payments: Contains the details of the balance of the account of each of the Drivers, including earnings and charges corresponding to each one.
Payment transaction: Contains the details of each of the transactions of your fleet.
