Managing Your Fleet with Fleet Portal

Fleet Portal is a one-stop-shop website for fleets to carry out their daily business. Manage documents, drivers, and vehicles all in one place. Review fleet performance and take care of financial duties.

How to Add a Vehicle

1. Go to the Vehicles Tab
2. Select the Add Vehicle button
3. Type in the vehicle’s License Plate number
4. Select the Vehicle and upload all of the documents marked Required

Documents will be reviewed by the team and will change from pending to active status when they’re ready.

How to Add a Driver

1. Go to the Drivers Tab
2. Select the Add Driver button
3. Insert the driver’s phone number, first name, and last name
4. Select the Add driver button to finalize

If they’re already signed up as a driver, they’ll receive an invite in their Driver app, a text message, and/or an email. To start driving for your fleet, they’ll have to approve your request to be added to your fleet.

If they don’t have an account yet, they’ll receive an invite in a text message, and/or an email. They’ll need to download the Driver app to complete their signup process.

You can see the status of the invite in the Pending Invites section below the Add a driver tile.

Managing Fleet Performance

In the Performance tab, you’ll find useful information regarding trips and earnings, available both at a driver and vehicle level.

Generating Reports

As you grow your fleet, you might need to visualize data in your own preferred way. This is why the Reports tab has been created where you can download CSV files.

1. Go to the Reports tab
2. Choose the report type
3. Select the time frame
4. Select the Generate button

You’ll see the In Progress sign after you select the Generate button. Once the file is ready, you’ll be able to download it by selecting the cloud icon.

Using the Live Map

The Live Map feature can help you manage your fleet. Learn more about where your drivers are and make your fleet more efficient using the status functionality. You can check if your drivers are:

• Available
• On the way to pickup
• On trip

Handling Financials

Take care of your payments, banking, and invoices all in one place. The Fleet Portal will help you with settling payments with drivers and tax returns.

Settling Payments with Drivers

If you want to settle payments with your drivers, you must do that through your existing payment process. Uber doesn’t pay your drivers directly. When your drivers earn money on the platform, all of their fares will be deposited into your Fleet bank account.

To see how much your drivers have earned on the Uber platform, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Payments Tab
2. Select Settle with Drivers

This generates a report allowing you to see how much each of your drivers earned.

Changing Banking Details

1. Go to Banking
2. You’ll be redirected to Uber Wallet
3. Select Add your bank account
4. Select Add payment method
