If more than the permitted number of riders attempt to enter your vehicle, other drivers have found it useful to politely decline from starting the trip. Instead, some or all of these additional riders can request a larger or additional vehicle.
If you completed an UberX trip with more than 4 riders and your vehicle’s capacity is greater than 4 occupants, please chat with us below to provide details. We’ll review the trip fare and make any necessary adjustments.
