To start the screening process, your driver’s license must be uploaded and approved.

Once your documents are uploaded and approved, you should receive an email from Ubersupport@isbglobalservices.com with a link directing you to ISB Global Services, a third-party background check provider, to complete your background check screening.

When you receive the link, you’ll need to upload 2 forms of identification, and then you’ll be prompted to submit a photo of yourself.

If for any reason your first document isn’t approved, you’ll need to complete further verification processes in addition to a potential video call with ISB. Please look for any emails that may request additional information from you.

Once this step has been completed, ISB will begin processing your background check. This process should take up to 5 business days.
