I CAN’T FIND A STATION TO PICK UP A BIKE
To find a station, you need to activate the GPS on your phone, so that it can use your location and show the stations closest to you. Your mobile internet signal needs to be working properly for you to be able to view the stations.
THE STATION IS OFFLINE OR IT DOESN’T HAVE BIKES AVAILABLE
In these situations, it will be necessary to look for another station. Please use the map to search for stations near you. Stations are usually located within 400 meters from each other.
By clicking on the station icon on the map, you can check both the number of bikes and available spots to plan your trip more easily.
I CAN’T UNLOCK A BIKE AT THE STATION
Check on the map if the station is offline. If so, it will not be possible to unlock the bike. On the map, you can see which stations are available to unlock a bike.
BIKE PICK UP STATIONS ARE UNAVAILABLE
If a station is not available, you can try unlocking a bike again in a few hours while the service is fixed. You can track station status on the map.
