You can set the returns for each trip whenever an order cannot be delivered and either of the following sentences are true:
Order is undeliverable and undeliverable action is set to return.
Delivery has an ID scan requirement that cannot be met.
Return deliveries do incur an additional delivery fee to compensate the Delivery Partner for their time and distance traveled in order to bring back your articles.
