Your menu markup score is one of the areas that contribute to your Uber Eats success score. It reflects how closely your delivery prices on Uber Eats align with your in-store prices.
This percentage is calculated using publicly available menus or the in-store menu you’ve previously shared. If you believe your menu markup score is incorrect, you can request a review by uploading a valid in-store menu. Here’s how to do it:
Submit Your In-Store Menu Through Uber Eats Manager
The fastest way to review your markup score is to upload your current in-store menu directly in Uber Eats Manager. To complete this process, follow these steps:
a. File type: JPG, PNG, or PDF.
b. Maximum size: 10 MB.
c. Minimum resolution: 320 pixels (width and height).
Once submitted, our team will review your menu. Processing may take up to 14 business days. When complete, your updated menu markup score will be reflected in Uber Eats Manager. If the menu is successfully processed, you will not be able to complete another upload for 60 days.

Tips for a Smooth Upload * Make sure your menu includes clearly listed prices for the items available on Uber Eats. * Double-check that the file is not blurry or missing information. * If your pricing varies by location, upload separate menus per location and specify which stores each file applies to.
