A partner will be responsible for collecting and delivering the items. Depending on the type of vehicle, this product has different names: Uber Courier (where the delivery is completed using a car), Courier Moto (via motorcycles), and Courier XL (using vans and high-capacity vehicles).
CONSIDERATIONS:
To use this method, it is important that you take the following points into account:
-At the moment, it is not possible to schedule an Uber Courier. The service must be requested live.
-This option is exclusively for shipping items, so it cannot be replaced with an UberX trip.If you mistakenly requested an Uber Courier and do not wish to use it for this purpose, please cancel the request.
-If an item cannot be delivered to the recipient, the Partner will contact you to arrange the return and deliver the item to the original address. This may result in a charge to the account of the User who requested the shipment.
We recommend that your items be sealed. If they are documents, place them in an envelope (preferably plastic) to keep them in good condition.
