If you had a poor experience with your delivery, the best way to give feedback is by rating in the app after the order is complete:

  1. Tap the Account icon in the menu bar at the bottom of your screen
  2. Tap Orders then Past Orders
  3. Select the order
  4. Choose a star rating for the store below Rate this store
  5. In the next window, you can rate the courier, store and specific items
