If you notice that your legal name, address, or SSN/EIN is listed incorrectly on 1099, you can update your personal information by visiting the Tax Settings tab of your partner dashboard and clicking the "Update my tax forms" button. Follow the prompts to confirm your information is up to date in your Vault account. Once your updated information is saved, your new 1099 will be available on the partner dashboard within 7 business days.
You should also follow these steps if you qualify to receive a 1099 but the form is not available on your dashboard. You can find more information about tax form qualifications on our tax info page.
Please note that we are currently experiencing longer than normal processing times. Changes requested after February 22 and before March 28 will be updated by April 1. Any updates after 3/31 may take up to 7 days to process.
