When the user is paying: * At the start of the trip, you’ll see “COLLECT CASH” instead of “START DELIVERY. * Confirm the cash amount, then tap “CONTINUE”. * Input the amount received. If it’s correct, just select the displayed amount button. * Tap “CONTINUE**” again to start the trip

When the User is paying: * Pick up the item as normal. * At the destination, collect payment from the User and enter the amount. * Always carry sufficient change. If short on change, add it to the User’s Uber Cash balance. * The requester’s Uber account will be charged for unpaid balances, assuring you receive full payment.
